AUDITION NOTICE:

The Boonshoft Museum of Discovery is looking for actors for their upcoming Harry Potter Camps. The camps run two weeks, June 16-27. Not everyone will be asked to perform both weeks.

Rehearsals will be one or two days a week for six weeks. The week before the camp will be a four or five day week. Actors’ schedules during the weeks of camp will vary.

            The Boonshoft Museum’s Harry Potter camps are a one of a kind experience. Campers are totally immersed in the world of Harry Potter as the Boonshoft Museum is transformed into Hogwarts and Diagon Alley. During the week of the camp an original plot unfolds as the campers work with Harry, Ron and Hermione to thwart Voldemort’s schemes.

Actors will portray characters from the popular books, including a few original characters.

            We need actors to portray the following characters:

            Two Week Commitment

• Harry Potter
• Hermione Granger
• Ron Weasley
• Draco Malfoy
• Millicent Bulstrode
• Professor Albus Dumbledore
• Professor Minerva McGonagall
• Professor Severus Snape

One Week Commitment

• Dolores Umbridge
• Cornelius Fudge
• Fred Weasley
• George Weasley
• Crabbe
• Eliza Beanblossom: an original character; Fudge’s assistant
• Cecilia Broadbent: an original character; a student at Hogwarts
• Edgar Blackstone: an original character; a student at Hogwarts
• Siobhan O’Hara: an original character; a student at Hogwarts
• Artie Goldhammer: an original character; a student at Hogwarts
