The Xenia Area Community Theater and Arts Center is supported in part by a grant awarded by the Ohio Arts Council

X*ACT is:

X*ACT’s Mission is:

To encourage community cultural and artistic endeavors and to promote, educate and develop interest in the arts throughout our local and surrounding communities.

About US:

The Xenia Area Community Theater, Inc., is a 501c(3) non profit organization. The Board of Directors is comprised of local citizens that have deep roots in entertainment and art and truly want to make a difference in the cultural enrichment of our rural area. They volunteer many hours to ensure a unique  experience for the participants, and the audiences, for the programs that are selected and take great pride in the quality that local residents have come to expect from our theater.  The organization is heavily involved in live performance plays, visual arts, cultural events that serve youth, adult and senior oriented programs.

X*ACT is involved in many facets of The Arts across the Miami Valley, and receive grants from The Ohio Arts Council, Caesar Creek Vineyard and the Kettering Health Network and other public donations.  X*ACT has a unique niche by which we serve a need for art education, live performance and cultural exploration, for both adults and youth, of all ages, in a rural market.  X*ACT is involved in organizations like The Daytonys where we network and share feedback on area plays and share in the larger “Theatre Community.”  We are always looking for ways we can participate and create opportunities for our sponsors, supporters, volunteers and members.

Ways to Support:

If you are interested in supporting, or enjoy being a part of, a community of artists and live theater, an artists’ gallery and youth activities being available to our community, please consider supporting X*ACT with either funding or time.  You can also attend a show and purchase a ticket, or just tell a friend. You can also become a participating member or sponsor and receive benefits and perks for your commitment to community and the arts.

– We cannot do this alone.
